Quoted Companies Alliance
The QCA is a not-for-profit organisation that was formed solely to represent the interests of smaller quoted companies on the Main List, AIM and Ofex. The smaller quoted company (SQC) sector is characterised by companies having the following common features, when compared to those companies in the FTSE 350:
- A lower level of resources, in terms of both management resource and finances
- A narrower shareholder base and lower profile with investors
There are significant opportunities for M Institute and QCA to work together as the organisations that the QCA represents are likely to also be medium organisations, as defined by M Institute.
